If you have never done a mission trip but really feel that you want to broaden your horizons, change your relationship with your faith or want to have a meaningful vacation while helping others and healing yourself … THIS IS THE TRIP FOR YOU!
The first 4 days will be spent with the Barber Family working alongside them in their ministry to the youth of Belize City. The next 4 days we will be staying on Caye (key) Caulker, snorkeling on the coral reef, doing healing work and taking it slow (the motto of Caye Caulker!)
We will have time for quiet reflection, swimming and lots of other activities (like laying in a hammock and having a papaya smoothie or kayaking around the island)
Belize the Country
Once British Honduras, Belize is an English speaking country where the local language is English Kriol. You can use US $, the exchange is 2BZ/1US. It is a. 2.5 hour flight from Houston. Belize has very diverse landscape and wildlife!
